Honestly, what would you do if this happens to you?
This is David playing in our balcony last week.

Today we woke up to this sight!

Because our neighbors upstairs put their plants like this:

And take note, after their tree fell down on our balcony, the neighboring plants on the table are still there. And take note again, we’ve been asking all the neighbors above to remove their plants that hang directly on our heads. What would you do if this thing happens to you?

jhesuschryysst!! Your balcony and ground aren’t safe, no no no, not safe at all! Why don’t you write a complaint to the Syndic, enclose the picures as evidence. If nothing happens, go to the Mairie and ask for their assistance.
The gardien must keep an eye on this thing. I hope your neighbors have the logic, if not the conscience…
You guys take care.
It’s diificult to deal with stupid people, so be careful!
Hala ka kuyaw ba ana Lynn. Na kung dili na sila maminaw take a legal action. Basin ug maminaw sila, you have that picture to show. Be careful Lynn labi na si David.
Oh segi, musta lang ninyo and have a wonderful weekend. HUgz.
Pastilan, kakuyaw ug ari na tugpa sa atong ulo, makuyafan man kaha tag di oras LOL* Take care mo dha Lynn especially sa imong ulitawng gamay! Have a nice weekend!
its a good thing david wasn’t hurt at all! better make a formal (letter) complaint since you’ve already done it verbally, before somebody gets hurt.
Joy’s right, the guardien should keep an eye on these things, i remember the first time i hanged my plants outside, i immediately got ‘apprehended’ by our concierge saying we’re not allowed to hang our plants outside but inside the rails. I hope you throw their plants in the bin when it fall on your balcony !
Oh my God! kahadlok ana mahulogan mo. Joy is right, try to tell it to guardian too kay basin ang guardian wa kita ana! delikado na mahulogan mo labi na si david. Take care & maybe don’t let david play muna sa balcony till no more plants hanging up to avoid the risk. Hope your neighbour will take it out very soon but instead they’ll put in thier balcony grills thier plants and or the should attached/hanged thier plants with really durable ropes/wires making sure will not fall down and can’t harm anyone sa ibaba. Bisous à David!
Hey all of you GIRLS >> Thanks for your comments, comforting words and clever feedback. Wish lang kayo wala kayong neighbors like ours :o) Anyway, we’ve filed a formal complain to the Mairie right away with photos. The neighbors were already told about it para hindi sila masyadong masurpresa kunwari pag may inspection (na naman) sa bahay nila. My tension is gone (thanks leng for being there when i needed someone). I have to say lucky pa nga yong mama at nagkataong natense si dadou dahil may sakit si David, kumbaga nadivert yong mind nya doon, dahil kung hindi naku dumiritso na sya sa police. Ayan back to normal na uli ang aming balcony. Pero shempre pagnagkataong makasabay ko ang neighbors sa elevator, deadmahan na lang kami.
i am glad he is safe!
Thanks Relly…
I’m glad David wasn’t hurt Lynn. It’s dangerous esp. for
children. Take care.
